Just because you can do some doesn’t mean you should

As Boris loosens the country’s collective belt buckle and we start venturing out again the fitness industry seems to be champing at the bit to get going again.

I might see this more than you as a product of who I follow on social media and what messages I key into but maybe you’ve seen the same?

We have had the go ahead to continue with outdoor, in-person training sessions at Exclusive Gym, socially distanced and fully sanitised. I will be continuing to take sessions on Tuesdays all day and Thursday afternoons and see how we get on with demand. Drop me a reply to book a time slot.

The increase in permitted numbers of a group meeting now means we can see up to 5 clients in a session. The main impact of this for us will be those husband and wife teams that I train can carry on as before.

Indoor sessions are still not on the table until 4th July at the earliest.

And so this brings me to the subject of the email.... for some of you, getting out to the gym and using the garden is just what you’ve been waiting for. But for others it still won’t be for you and I won’t be pushing you in that direction.
Virtual sessions are here to stay. Train with me without leaving the front door with just the same level of intensity and direction.

We’ll find the right solution for you.

Hopefully see you in some form soon.

Chris
