The Bewdley Bootcamp Christmas Gift Guide 2025

Christmas lights are twinkling, the gym feels a little colder first thing in the morning, and many of us are wondering what on earth to buy for the fitness-obsessed people in our lives. Whether you’re shopping for a training partner, a family member who practically lives in the gym, or even planning to gift yourself something shiny (no judgement…), we’ve pulled together our top recommendations for every budget.

These are items we actually use, genuinely recommend, and know will help people train better, move better and feel better going into the new year.

- Functional Fitness Favourites for Every Budget -

⭐ Training Shoes ⭐
For the athlete who wants the best of the best on their feet.

Reebok Nano X5
A true staple in the functional fitness world. Reebok have recently released the 15th version of their Nano Training Shoes.
Stable for lifting, breathable for conditioning, and durable enough to take on any workout you throw at them. If you want to treat someone to performance and comfort in one package, the Nanos never disappoint.

Nike Metcon 10
Another rock-solid option for anyone serious about training. Supportive, stylish and built for everything from heavy lifts to box jumps and fast-paced circuits. The Metcons feel like a premium present because, well… they are.

We athletes spend a lot of time on their feet. The right pair of shoes can improve performance, boost confidence and even help reduce injury risk. For someone who trains hard, shoes aren't just footwear — they’re essential kit.
(That’s my excuse for having 6 pairs in rotation anyway)

🎅 Top Tips to Stay Active Over Christmas 🎅

We all know December can get busy, chaotic and full of temptations that pull us away from training. Here are three simple tips to keep you moving through the holidays:

1. Keep Sessions Short but Consistent
You don’t need an hour-long workout to stay on track. Even 15–20 minutes of movement — a quick EMOM, kettlebell circuit, or band workout — keeps momentum going.

2. Plan Activity Around Social Events
Walking to the shops, taking the kids to the park, or doing a quick session before heading out to a Christmas meal all count. Movement doesn’t have to be “gym training” to make a difference.

3. Don’t Aim for Perfection — Aim for Balance
Enjoy the food, enjoy the socialising, and enjoy the rest. Just keep a little movement in the mix and you’ll roll into January feeling far better than if you go completely off the rails.
