The March Lockdown Plan & Re-opening

Chris here with a fresh update.

I hope you’re keeping well? I’m back again with the latest update on PT sessions, what we can do, when, where and how. 

I’ll keep this aimed at just personal training and send a separate classes update later this week. 

If anything takes your fancy don’t hesitate to contact me. 
I will also be in contact with you individually as we get closer to re-opening. 

Feb - March 28th

Continue with the status quo.
Virtual PT sessions for you from the comfort of your own home. 30 & 60 minute sessions available. We use any equipment that you have available or can still get a great workout with no kit. 

Bewdley 1-1 PT sessions. We’re still able to meet outdoors for in person sessions. I am keeping these to Bewdley to limit travel. 30 & 60 minute slots available again. 


29th March - 11th April


Worcester
Outdoor sessions can begin again in the gym garden at Exclusive Gym in Broughton Hackett. At Exclusive Gym we’ve been working to add even more to the outside space that was already our unique selling point.

Bewdley
I’m currently upgrading and adding to the home gym/studio that I’ve been getting plenty of personal use out of during lockdown. Mostly weatherproofing and adding a semi-permanent structure with more equipment too.
The aim is to be able to use this for PT sessions through the spring and summer.
More details to be released soon.

12th April - onwards

Indoor PT sessions can begin again as the gyms re-open and we can return indoors.
I would note that this is currently 46 days away and so keep up with your current training or build up what you have been doing through the start of the year to be ready for this grand re-start!


As I said at the start I’ll keep in touch as we move closer to the next phases to re-book everyone but if you want to get ahead of the rush or start something now, drop me a message.
